We have finally improved our subscription management for our customers. It is now easier than ever to find and manage your invoices with a new section called ‘Invoices’. It can be found from ‘My account’ in the Control Panel.
Many of our customers own several domains, which is why we’ve enabled filtering by domain. We also include more details about specific invoices, with a preview of products listed in the invoice.
For pending invoices, we’ve included a ‘Pay’ button which leads directly to payments.
We have also introduced a new ‘My products’ page, which replaces the old ‘Subscriptions and invoices’ page. The page makes it easier for our customers to view which hosting plans and domains are connected, to manage their domains, and more.
We’re pleased to see that the new ‘My account’ area has already made it easier and quicker to manage for our customers.
