I ran into a frustrating issue where my email stopped working entirely after a domain transfer to One.com no incoming mail at all. I reached out to chat support and was helped by Adrian H, who was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly identified that the nameserver change had reset my MX records, and patiently walked me through restoring them for Google Workspace, step by step. He also flagged that I needed an SPF record set up for outgoing mail authentication, which I wouldn't have thought to check myself. Adrian was knowledgeable, clear, and genuinely patient throughout never rushed, even though I needed a few things explained more than once. Excellent support experience. Thank you, Adrian!
