Domain Name Generator – Specific Use Terms

The Domain Name and Logo Generator (the “Generator”) uses third party artificial intelligence and machine learning tools and products as specified below (the “AI Tools”). The AI Tools enable you to input, provide, or submit a prompt (in the form of text, image, or otherwise) (an “Input”) into the AI Tools, and the AI Tools will generate content as an output (an “Output”). In your use of the Generator, you acknowledge and agree to review and comply with the AI Tools’ terms, linked below:

One.com does not represent or warrant that the Output will meet your needs or expectations, and we disclaim all responsibility and liability for the accuracy, completeness, relevancy, intellectual property compliance, legality, decency, quality, non-bias, or any other aspect of such Output. The Output may not be unique to you. You are responsible for reviewing all Outputs of AI Tools before you use, publish, transmit or display an Output in any manner, and for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use such Outputs.  

You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to: (a) access, upload, copy, make and display adjustments, train our software tools, duplicate, and perform any other technical actions and/or uses with your Input and Output in order to improve our services; review Inputs and Outputs for compliance with applicable laws and enforce our business terms; and (b) provide copies of your Inputs and Outputs to the AI Tools, as required to provide our services.
