How stable are your systems?

Although our plans are highly affordable, we don’t compromise on technical quality and capacity.

Our systems run in a private server facility based at Interxion in Denmark. It’s got multiple power circuits, battery backup, diesel generators and a top-notch VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Alarm) smoke alarm system.

Will I get my money back, if I am not happy?

We are confident that our services and products will surpass your expectations which is why we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee to all our customers. So, if you’re not happy or unsatisfied with what we deliver, you can request a refund.

Our refund policy starts from the day you place your order through our website and is available to all our customers regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If you have made multiple purchases on our site, we will provide a full refund for the first cancelled order.
