What's new in Webmail: AI summaries, AI editing, and more

We’ve introduced a new set of AI-powered features in our Webmail, designed to help you manage your inbox faster, write better emails, and stay in control. Here’s what’s available now:

Summarise threads and spot actions instantly 

Long email threads are no longer a problem. You can now generate an instant AI summary of any email or conversation directly in Webmail, so you get the key points in seconds without reading everything.

The feature helps you quickly understand context, especially after time away from your inbox. It also highlights required actions, so you can immediately see what needs your attention.

Write, reply and refine emails with Aida AI 

Aida AI now helps you write, reply to, and improve your emails directly in Webmail. 

The Edit with Aida feature helps you refine tone and clarity, improve wording, and polish your drafts more quickly. Simply select the text you want to improve, and Aida will suggest improvements instantly.  

You can also use Aida to generate replies based on the email you’ve received. Provide a short instruction, and Aida will read the message, understand the context, and create a draft reply that follows your guidance. This makes it faster to respond while still keeping you in control of the final message. 

This builds on our existing AI writing tools, which helped customers write over 180,000 emails last year. Unlike fully automated responses, Aida keeps you in control while giving you a helpful boost when you need it. 

Unlimited storage for peace of mind 

Running low on inbox space? You can now upgrade to unlimited email storage directly within Webmail.

This allows you to avoid storage limits, skip waiting for automatic upgrades, and get immediate peace of mind.

one.com continues to automatically increase storage for customers who need it. For those who want certainty right away, the storage add-on makes it possible to secure unlimited space instantly.
