We are happy with the service they provide. Just had a very positive support experience. Very quickly, after an initial chatbot chat, I got to chat with a human (MARKTWIN) and he was very helpful and patient walking me through the necessary steps.
The personal service and support is really competent and extremely fast. Very friendly and accommodating if you can't explain your problem in the right way. Last support by UK/US supporter Denn was top class. It took Denn Max 5 minutes from when I started the chat with Denn until the problem was solved.
