I was charged for the website which I had cancelled and money was taken out from my account. I contacted the one.com chat service and very professional they helped and going to issue refund in 4 to 5 days

He contacted the Hostmasters to cancel a pending update and explained the next steps clearly. He also offered to waive the fee for the name correction, which I really appreciated.
