The email interface and UI is honestly not very user-friendly compared to other hosts.
But their customer service is great. I got the help I needed to know how to migrate the hosting email to another party. The staff who attended to me is Marktwin, super helpful and knowledgeable and patient. Really appreciate the support I gotten and for that very reason am giving this review.
I'm currently using the new mobile mail app and it still feels lacking. I can't even add attachments on emails for some reasons.
Once again, top assistance from the one.com team. And once again, Ralph M has been my help. This man should get a raise

Adrain H was amazing with with support finding solutions to my problems.
I contacted one.com because I couldn’t understand why Guest User access wasn’t included for a new domain I’d attached to my Guru plan. Humprey explained how the setup works and, when I explained that I was disappointed to need an additional paid add-on on top of Guru, he actually went away and checked what could be done.
He managed to get Domain Protection approved for me at no cost and cancelled the invoice straight away. I could see the credit note immediately.
Really helpful, friendly service and I particularly appreciated that he took the time to find a solution rather than just telling me I needed to pay for the upgrade. Thank you, Humprey!
