AI Terms of Use
These special terms for AI features (the “AI Terms”) apply to any features, services or service components that use, in whole or in part, artificial intelligence (“AI Features”) and are provided by one.com Group AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden with registered office at Carlsgatan 3211 20, Malmö, Sweden (“Provider”). These AI Terms apply in addition to the applicable general terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict, these AI Terms will prevail in relation to the AI Features.
1. AI Features
1.1 AI Features may include automated or semi-automated generation of content, suggestions, analyses, recommendations and similar assistance functionality.
1.2 AI Features are provided “as is” and as available. You acknowledge that AI-generated results may not be unique and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date. Provider does not guarantee any particular result, and there is no entitlement to the continued availability of any AI Feature. Nothing in this section excludes or limits Provider’s liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable mandatory law.
1.3 Access to AI Features may be subject to additional conditions, including user registration, an active subscription, technical requirements and usage limitations (for example, a credit or quota system).
1.4 Provider may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue any AI Feature (in whole or in part) where required to comply with law, to protect the Services or users, or in the event of a breach of these AI Terms or the applicable general terms and conditions.
1.5 Due to ongoing technical development and advances in AI, Provider may update, replace or otherwise adapt the AI Features (including underlying models, functionality, user interfaces, usage limits and availability) from time to time. Such changes may affect the characteristics, quality, response times, and outputs of the AI Features.
2. Inputs and outputs
2.1 Any content, data, text, files or other information that you submit to an AI Feature is your “Input”. You are responsible for your Input, and you warrant that you have all rights, licenses, consents and permissions required to submit the Input and that the Input complies with applicable law and does not infringe any third-party rights.
2.2 Any content generated by an AI Feature is “Output”. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date. You must review and verify Output before using, publishing, relying on, or acting on it. You remain responsible for implementing appropriate human review and internal controls before relying on Output in any operational, commercial, or decision-making context. Output does not constitute legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for complying with any applicable labelling, disclosure and transparency requirements when you use or make Output available to others.
2.3 In these AI Terms, “Content” means Input and Output. Provider may process Content to provide, operate, secure, maintain and improve the AI Features and the Services, including to detect, analyze and prevent fraud, abuse and misuse.
2.4 AI Features may include mechanisms allowing human oversight, review or intervention in AI‑generated Output (“Human-in-the-Loop”). Where available, Output is not intended to be used without meaningful human involvement. You remain responsible for reviewing Output and for any decisions taken based on it; Provider does not make decisions on your behalf. Human-in-the-Loop functionality may vary by AI Feature and may be limited or unavailable in trial or free versions.
3. Prohibited use
3.1 You must not use, and must not allow others to use, the AI Features (or any Output) for any unlawful, harmful, misleading or fraudulent purpose, including to (a) infringe privacy, copyright, database rights, trade marks or other intellectual property rights; (b) misrepresent the origin of content; (c) evaluate or profile individuals in a way that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on them; or (d) circumvent technical protection measures or security controls.
3.2 The AI Features are not intended for use in high-risk contexts where errors could lead to serious harm, or in use cases that are subject to specific legal requirements for high-risk AI systems under applicable EU AI regulation. You must not use the AI Features for decisions or assistance in decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals (for example, in relation to recruitment, creditworthiness, or access to essential services), unless you have implemented appropriate safeguards and you have a lawful basis to do so.
4. Privacy and third-party services
4.1 Information about how personal data is processed in connection with the AI Features is set out in the applicable privacy notice(s). Where required, the processing of personal data will be governed by a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
4.2 The AI Features may rely on third-party technologies, models or services (for example, AI model providers, cloud infrastructure and security services). Input and Output may be processed by such third parties to provide the AI Features and, where applicable, to improve them, in each case subject to Provider’s agreements with those third parties and applicable data protection law.
