I had an issue with malware on my website, and my site had been down for three days. I contacted one.com support and was assisted by Nevea.
She was patient, helpful, and took the time to understand the problem. When I explained that I couldn't access the list of infected files, she forwarded the issue to the Technical Team for further checking.
Thankfully, the team reviewed the situation and my website suspension was lifted. My website is now active again.
