We invoice 12 months in advance.

Approximately 60 days prior to the end of a period a new invoice for the next 12 months is automatically issued.

Web space (MB)

Server space expresses how many and how large files can be uploaded to the web space. In addition to this, e-mails that are not picked up will take up space in the web space. This should therefore also be taken into consideration when choosing a web space.

Transfer

Transfer expresses how many ressources visitors on your website and your usage of e-mail draws on the server.

E-mail accounts

As a customer of One.com, you can set up as many e-mail addresses as you want to.

Webmail, POP3, IMAP and SMTP servers will be automatically attached to your e-mail accounts.

Webmail access provides the opportunity of reading and writing messages from your e-mail account through any internet provider, wherever you are, at whatever time.

POP3 and IMAP accounts can be seen as individual mail boxes.

SMTP provides you with the opportunity of sending e-mails through our outgoing (SMTP) mail server.

Virus- and spam filter

Virus- and spam filter protects your computer from unwanted e-mails.

The filters can be configured on each mail account individually through our control panel. The filters are automatically updated once every hour.

Photo Gallery

Publishing, sharing and storing your photos on the Internet has never been easier.

One.com Photo Gallery is safe, user-friendly and very flexible, allowing you to create your own, personalized online gallery.

You can use the One.com Photo Gallery to backup your private pictures. You can choose to have complete privacy, or share your pictures with friends and families or publish them to the entire internet.

WebEditor

One.com's website editor, WebCreator has made it fast and easy for you to create a website, that is visible to everyone on the Internet. All you need is an Internet connection and Internet Explorer. No programming knowledge is required.

One.com's web editor also gives you the opportunity to edit your existing HTML website.

A web log (blog) is your space online where you can write about anything and everything on your mind.

You could use it as a journal, a creative outlet, a place to rant , or just as a way for your friends and family to catch up on your life.

You can have as many blogs as you like on your domain.

FTP-login - Statistics

FTP means File Transfer Protocol and is the function used when uploading/publishing files on your web space.

Each web space has one FTP-access which can be used without limits.

Statistics provide the opportunity of keeping track of the traffic being generated on your website. Online reports are available as text and in a graphical format.

PHP5 - MySQL

PHP5 is a programming language for dynamic websites providing opportunities for developing, maintaining and designing advanced websites.

MySQL is an SQL-database providing the opportunity of storing data with the purpose of getting through dynamic websites fast. MySQL is one of the most stable databases available on the market today.

Daily Backup

One.com maintains a daily backup of all servers. This means that the content of all web spaces at One.com is copied and stored once a day.

We recognize the special responsibility that comes with the hosting of our customers' personal data. We want our customers to consider One.com a trusted place for data storage. The One.com data center is therefore designed to meet the highest standards of security. All customer data and One.com's system data are secured through a daily remote backup of all servers via a private 10 Gbit fibre connection to a separate backup data center located 10 km from the main data center.

Backup of all web spaces at One.com

The daily backup secures our customers' web spaces against data loss. The backup includes all web spaces, regardless of type or size. Backup is a precaution against data loss caused by errors within One.com's control.

Consequently, unless the reason for the data loss is outside One.com's control, we are able to recover all content after a potential failure. When restoring from a backup, the whole server and all web spaces on the server will be restored to their state prior to the failure.

Domains

Everyone can register domains with One.com when registering a web space at the same time.

The annual fee for the domains will be charged by One.com.

A domain transfer includes the first year's domain fee.

The annual fee for the domain .dk is charged by One.com only the first year when making a new domain registration. Subsequently the local domain authority for .dk domains, DK Hostmaster charges DKK 36.- per year (excl. VAT).
