Changing owner details for a web space
When changing your owner details in this form, only your contact information in the One.com customer database is affected. It does not influence the registrant information (Whois) for your domain.
Update the necessary fields and click Update. Always remember to keep your customer information fully updated.
If you want to hand over the web space to another person or company/entity, please contact the One.com support, who will send you a link to a handover form. Both parts must sign the form in order for the handover to take place. When you have completed the form, please print and sign it and return the form to One.com.
Changing owner details for a domain
For .dk domains, please go to www.dk-hostmaster.dk and log into their self-service and update your information. Also notice that cancellation of a .dk domain has to be done through www.dk-hostmaster.dk.
For domains ending with any other suffix than .dk, edit your information on this page and after that send an e-mail to hostmaster-support@one.com requesting us to update the information for the domain.
