When will my web space be set up?

If your order has been paid using a credit card (such as VISA or MasterCard), the domain and the webspace will be set up right away. For .nl and .no domains or when moving .de domains we must receive a signed domain form before the domain can be registered/transfered. When transferring a .de domain to us you also need to send a copy of the form to your current provider. The signed domain form can be sent via email (scanned), fax or regular post.

If you have chosen to pay using bank transfer or cheque, the domain will be registered after we have received your signed domain form. The link to the domain form is included in the order confirmation, which you will receive after completing the order, on the email address that you provided. After your webspace has been created, the login instructions are sent out at around 5 am GMT via email.

Which mail account will the code letter be sent to?

The code letter will be sent to the mail account entered when the subscription was ordered.

How can I pay?

The payment of your subscription can be done online with the use of a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Dankort, etc). In the following countries you can also pay with a normal bank transfer: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Furthermore you can pay in Denmark and Sweden by inpayment form.

When the subscription needs to be renewed an invoice is created, similarly as when you ordered. For example: if credit card payment has been chosen as the way of payment, you will receive an e-mail based on this. The renewal of subscriptions is done with online-payment on our homepage.

If you wish the fastest way of payment you should choose payment by credit card.

Cancellation - how do I cancel my subscription?

Your choice of web hosting and your domain's safety is of utmost importance to One.com. Therefore your web space subscription is prolonged automatically, and we always send out a renewal invoice 60 days before the payment period expires.

You receive the invoice in good time and can always reconsider your choice of web hosting provider, well before the 35 days cancellation notice. For the domain types administered directly through One.com, a timely notification also secures that we renew the domain name in time.

If you do not want to renew your web space, please contact the One.com support by email or via our online chat, which will send you a special link that you can use for online cancellation of your web space. You can also send a cancellation as a letter or fax to One.com.

In case that you send the cancellation by letter or fax, the cancellation must bear your signature.

To secure the renewal of your domain, we send you a new subscription invoice in good time.

Since the greatest possible flexibility regarding your choice of webhosting and your domain's safety are high priorities for One.com, we always send out a renewal invoice 60 days before the payment period expires.

Various domain types are administered directly through One.com. The yearly domain fees for these domains are therefore included in the subscription.

A timely reminder ensures prompt renewal, meaning that a domain hosted at One.com is never at risk of expiring.

The early notification about renewal of subscription gives you the opportunity to reconsider your choice of webhosting provider at any time well before the 35 days cancellation notice.
