Website offers arrest reports, will remove information for a fee

Website offers arrest reports, will remove information for a fee A recently discovered website, WhosArrested.com, has drawn the ire of certain individuals with past violations with the law.

The site offers visitors a comprehensive list of arrest records and charges, however it does not state whether an individual was proven innocent or not.

An example of an irate visitor is Tajuana Manson, who Googled her name and was directed to this site. Who's Arrested stated that Manson had been arrested for a traffic violation.

"I had expired tags on a family member's car that I was driving," Manson told Fox 5 Vegas. The website claims that she was driving without a valid license as well. After looking into this matter, Manson found the only way to remove this information was to pay the site $99.

According to a legal analyst, "This is a dangerous website because it doesn't tell the whole story. Just because somebody is arrested doesn't mean they are going to be indicted or a criminal complaint is going to be filed against them."
