Using Multi Admin

Index

From Multi Admin you can get an overview of all your domains and:

Change owner details
Pay Invoices
Log on to the Control Panel

If you have not yet created a Multi Admin Profile, please refer to our guide on Setting up Multi Admin.

Select Control Panel on our front page and log into Multi Admin with the registered email address and the Multi Admin password.

Log in to Multi Admin with the email address and password.

Once you are logged in, the Multi Admin overview displays all the web space accounts that are attached to this Multi Admin profile, providing you with the following information:

Domain - The hosted domain name
Product - The web space size
Renewal date - The date your subscription will be renewed, unless cancelled before that date.
Balance - Current balance of the account
Status - If the account is active, pending activation or has been cancelled.

By clicking each column header you can change the order in which your web space accounts are shown.

The Multi Admin overview displays all the web space account details.

Log on to the Control Panel

By clicking More info you can access the Control Panel for the relevant web space.

Get more info and access the Control Panel for a web space.

Type in the password for the selected web space and click Log on.

Please note: If you have forgotten your password for this web space, you can request a new password by clicking Forgot your password?.

Enter the web space password to log on.

Pay Invoices

In Multi Admin you can pay any invoice for your web spaces with One.com.

Under Balance you have an overview of the balance of each of your web space accounts. If an invoice is due, the outstanding amount will be visible in this column.

Pay any due invoices for your web spaces in Multi Admin.

Click the amount for the web space account you want to settle. You will now be forwarded to the Subscription section of the corresponding web space.

Please note: If the balance is positive you have a surplus on this account, please contact our Sales Department.

In the Subscription section all your current and previous invoices are available for download. You can also pay any outstanding amount right away. The Subscription section is also accessible via the Control Panel.

Please note: Processing your payment can take up to two weeks. When the process is completed, the balance will be updated.

Click the invoice number in Multi Admin to download the invoice.

Change owner details

With Multi Admin you can change the owner details for your web spaces.

Check the domain(s) you want to update and click Next.

A list of web spaces to be updated will appear.

In the top of the screen you have an overview of all the web spaces that will be affected by your update. Any fields you leave blank will not be altered.

Enter the details you want to change, and click Next.

Continue to preview your changes.

The Before column shows the current owner details.

The After column shows the owner details as they will be saved when you click Confirm. The affected fields are grey-highlighted.

Review your changes before confirming the update.

Make sure that the details under After are correct before clicking Confirm to save the information.

If you want to reedit any details, click Previous to go back.

When you have clicked Confirm the details have been saved and the owner details update is completed. Click the Multi Admin overview button to return to Multi Admin.

Changing the registered email address

If you want to change the registered email address for one or more of the accounts attached to your Multi Admin profile you need to enter a security code to Confirm and save the changes.

The security code will be send to the email address that is currently registered for your Multi Admin profile.

Make sure that the details under After are correct. Enter the security code you received via email and click Confirm to save the information.

Please note: Only web space accounts that are registered with the same email address can be attached to the same Multi Admin profile.
