Setting up Microsoft Outlook

Open Outlook and select Tools. Click E-mail Accounts.

Select E-mail accounts in MS Outlook.

Select Add a new e-mail account"

Add a new e-mail account.

Click Next

Click next.

Select IMAP and click Next

Using IMAP server for incoming mail in MS Outlook.

Enter Your name and E-mail address

For Incoming mail server (IMAP), enter imap.yourdomain.com, yourdomain.com being your domain hosted by One.com.
For outgoing (SMTP) server, enter send.one.com

Typing in IMAP and SMTP details for the email account in MS Outlook.

In Logon Information enter the e-mail address and password that you created in the control panel
(Check Create a new e-mail account)

Enter the email address and password for the email account in MS Outlook.

Click More settings

Select Outgoing Server and then My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Click OK.

The outgoing server requires authentication.

Click Next

Click next.

Click Finish

Finishing the setup of an email account in Microsoft Outlook.

Select Advanced. In Outgoing server (SMTP) enter 2525.
