Setting up Microsoft Outlook Mobile

In the Start Menu select Messaging and select New E-mail Account.

Enter your email address in the email address field e.g. mail@yourdomain.com, yourdomain.com being your domain hosted by One.com.

Enter the password that you have created in the control panel

Uncheck the box that asks to get settings automatically from the Internet

Select Next.

Select Internet E-mail as your email provider in the drop-down menu

Enter your name as you want it to appear in sent emails.

Enter a name for the email account.

Enter imap.yourdomain.com in the incoming mail server field.

Select IMAP4 as the account type from the drop-down menu and click Next.

Enter the email address in the Username field and enter the password that you created in the control panel.

Enter send.one.com:2525 in the outgoing (SMTP) mail server field.

Make sure that the boxes for Outgoing server requires authentication and Use the same username and password for sending mail are checked.

Make sure that the Require SSL box is unchecked for both incoming and outgoing email.

Select The Internet as the network connection from the drop-down menu.

Click Done and then Next

Select how often you want your phone to send/receive emails from the drop-down menu.

For further mail download options such as message format, message size, download limit etc. click the Review all download settings link.
