Setting up iPhone Mail/iPod Touch
Tap Settings and Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Tap Add Account...
Tap Other.
Select Add Mail Account.
Enter your Name.
Enter your E-mail Address e.g. mail@yourdomain.com, yourdomain.com being your domain hosted by One.com.
Enter the Password that you created in the control panel.
Enter a Description e.g. name@yourdomain.com.
Tap Save.
Highlight the IMAP tab.
For Incoming Mail Server enter imap.yourdomain.com as Host Name, yourdomain.com being your domain hosted by One.com.
Enter your email address as User Name e.g. name@yourdomain.com.
Enter your Password that you created in the control panel.
For Outgoing Mail Server enter send.one.com as Host Name.
Enter your email address as User Name e.g. name@yourdomain.com.
Enter your Password that you created in the control panel.
When asked Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL? tap No.
Then tap Save again.
When the message This account may not be able to send or receive emails. Are you sure you want to save? appears, tap Save.
Tap the mail account you just created.
Tap SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server.
Tap send.one.com under Primary Server.
Make sure Use SSL is OFF.
Change Server Port under Outgoing Mail Server to 2525.
Now go back to the screen entitled “name@yourdomain.com” by tapping the back button twice, and then tap Advanced.
Tap Deleted Mailbox under Mailbox Behaviors.
Tap Trash under On the Server.
Go back to the previous screen by tapping the back button and Tap Sent Mailbox under Mailbox Behaviors.
Tap Sent under On the Server.
Go back to the previous screen by tapping the back button and Tap Drafts Mailbox under Mailbox Behaviors.
Tap Drafts under On the Server.
Congratulations, you have successfully set up your One.com mail account in your handheld device.
