Configuring virus and spam filter

The spam and virus filter can only be used by an administrator or a guest user with these permissions. This example shows how to set it up as an administrator.

Open www.one.com and select Control Panel.

Select the Control Panel to configure the virus and spam filter.

Enter the Domain and Password from your code sheet. Click Log in.

Log in to the Control Panel to access the virus and spam settings.

Select Virus & Spam

Click the Virus & Spam icon in the Control Panel.

Find the e-mail account you want to protect and slide the toggle to the right.

Select the e-mail address for which you want to adjust the virus or spam protection.

The filter is activated and the toggle changes color to green.
