Remote View of your data:

User can see their cloud drive data remotely and can do different operations on it.

User can create Folder, Photo and Video.

User can upload photo, music, video and any files.

User can Delete/Rename/Share the folders/files.

Edit files directly on cloud.

Easy Sync to Device Favourites:

The One.com app will automatically sync files when you mark them as Favourites. Once they are in Favourites, you’re able to access them anytime, even if you aren’t connected to the internet.

Add files to favorites:

Tap on any file and select Action ’Add to Favorite’.

Saves the file to your device for offline viewing.

When file is added to Favorites, file is tagged with favourite icon to indicate the status and we can delete the file from favorites if you like to remove.

To update your Favourites files to the latest version:

Any change will be automatically updated in Favourites based on the sync preference set.

A green Star will be blinking at the bottom left of the file which implies auto sync is happening.

Music Solutions:

The app will automatically filter all the music/video files from the drive and put under Music tab’s different section based on the different category of music files.

Click on any category to view the files.

User can play a track by directly tapping on the track and play all files by clicking Play button.

User can download a track by clicking the blue download button. Green circle indicates that file is already downloaded.

User can navigate different section like Album, Songs etc. and can play Track.

Pictures:

The Pictures Tab is more than just a convenient place to display your photos. The app will automatically filter all the picture files from the drive and put under Picture’s tab.

Tapping on the Image album can view the image thumbnails in grid view.

Sharing Files

Sharing a file will create a link to the file with which you can email or copy and paste into instant messages, text messages, or any other of your favorite applications.

Steps to follow to share files to your friends:

Navigate to All Files/Favourites Tab.

View the files/folder.

Tap the file or click menu for folder sharing and do Share.

Tap Email Button. Else, choose "Copy To Clipboard" to paste the link in another app.

Enter the email addresses of the recipients.

Tap Done Button.

Phone Settings

Sync Settings

Sync mechanism always keeps their data up to date in their device. Sync preferences can be set either from client side or server side. Sync can be configured using either Wi-Fi Sync or Schedule Sync which can be configured from 2 minutes to 10 minutes. If we enable Wi-Fi Sync, Schedule Sync will be automatically disabled.

For easy sync settings just navigate to Settings -> Sync Settings

Cache Settings

Cashing mechanism improves the performance. User can configure File Cache and Media Cache based on the device storage capacity.

For configuration navigate to Settings->Cache Settings and then navigate to File Cache/Media Cache and set the value.

Passcode

Pass code secures your One.com by asking a four-digit passcode to be entered during app launch.

For configuration navigate to Settings and click Passcode Lock and provide four digit passcode.

User can clear his/her account data by navigating to settings option.
