Using Exchange Active Sync on iPhone

Exchange Active Sync (EAS) is a protocol used to sync mails, contacts and calendars. At One.com you can use Exchange Active Sync on your iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

Note: Depending on which version of iOS you have on your device, the instructions to set up Exchange Active Sync, might be a little different. We used iOS 7.0.6 in this guide. Please contact our support, if you need more help.
  1. Tap Settings
  2. Move down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Tap Add Account
  4. Tap Exchange
  5. Enter your email address
  6. Enter the password for your email account.
  7. Enter a description for the account.
  8. Tap Next
  9. In the Server field, enter: m.one.com
  10. Leave the domain field empty
  11. Enter your user name. Your user name is the complete email address you set up in the One.com Control Panel.
  12. Tap Next
  13. Select what you want to synchronize by sliding the toggles:

    - Email
    - Contacts
    - Calendars

    Note: Syncing of Reminders and Notes are not supported.

  14. Tap Save

Do you want to change time period for syncing emails?

By default, the time period for syncing emails is set to 1 week.

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Move down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Tap the Exchange Active Sync account
  4. Move down and tap Sync emails for
  5. Select the time period you want to sync
