How do I transfer my .com/.net/.org/ domain to One.com?
When we order the transfer of a .com/.net/.org/.info./.biz/.name domain, our registrar (ASCIO) sends a mail to the domain's administrative contact. The approval link in this mail should be clicked in order to approve the transfer. The domain will only be transferred after this approval has been given.
If you are registered as the administrative contact, but no longer have access to the registered mail address, you should contact your current provider and ask them to update your mail address.
