How do I change my mail password?

The password for your e-mail account or your webmail can only be changed directly in the Control Panel.
For security reasons we cannot send you the e-mail password by e-mail.

1. Log in to your Control Panel at www.one.com.
2. Click on Mail administration.
3. The existing mail addresses for your domain are listed under Accounts.
   Click on Edit for the mail address, where you want to change the password.
4. Enter the new password twice, and click on Save.

Be aware that it may take up to 5 minutes until the changes take effect.
