We are currently looking for new full-time supporters, to be a part of our existing Dutch chat and e-mail support team in Copenhagen.

The right person

You are a positive and open person, who is ready to help where it is needed, in an energetic company. We expect you to be committed and take responsibility for your work, and have the desire to work with customer service. It is important that you are capable of speaking and writing fluent Dutch, as well as having good English skills, since our corporate language is English.

Your work will span across a wide range of different software packages and we expect you to have worked with, or to be experienced within:

Customer service

Configuration and use of Microsoft Outlook and/or Mozilla Thunderbird

Different internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari

Programming in languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL

Use and configuration of CMS packages such as Wordpress, Joomla, osCommerce or similar

It will also be an advantage to have worked with, or be acquainted with:

Linux and Linux-based servers

MySQL

Hardware maintenance

We offer

A permanent position in an exciting and rapidly growing company, with many various tasks and challenges. The monthly salary is 18.500,-, DKK and is adjusted every year in December. You will naturally be paid during your time of training, and will get your own personal domain and web space.

Job type, working hours and start date

The position is full-time, 37,5 hours per week. Your working hours will be planned with 7,5 hours per day, on a schedule from Monday to Sunday between 08.00 to 23.00hrs.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
